The prize winner must give at least 6 weeks notice to when they wish to travel to helloworld Travel
Capalaba.

Travel Itinerary must be completed by 30 August 2018.
All Prizes will be withdrawn on 30 August 2018 unless taken by the prize winner.
Prize-winner must provide contact details (address/phone/email) to Helloworld Travel Capalaba for all
travellers within 3 month from the offered date of this Prize.
Winner and guest must travel together for the whole trip. Trip is provided on a twin share basis ONLY.
Age restrictions apply. The decision for any person less than 21 years of age to travel is at the absolute
discretion of the management of helloworld Travel Capalaba.
Additional expenses including passports, drivers license, transfers, air taxes, meals, visa not specified
in the chosen trip itinerary, young driver fees, car rental insurance surcharges, bonds, checked luggage
fees, insurance, any optional tours or activities during free time, tips and items of a personal nature,
are at winners expense.
It is a condition of entry that prize-winner/passengers must take out comprehensive travel insurance
(at their own expense) for use in conjunction with the prize. The prize-winner and their partner must
take out travel insurance covering accidents, injury, illness and death medical expenses, including any
related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency repatriation (including helicopter rescue and air
ambulance where applicable), and personal liability. Prize-winner and their partner are required to
carry proof of insurance with them.
 It is the prize-winners and their partners responsibility to advise Helloworld Travel Capalaba of any
pre-existing medical conditions that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of them
requiring medical attention, or that might affect the normal conduct of a trip and the enjoyment of
other trip members. Helloworld Travel Capalaba reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel the
booking if it is deemed that the prize-winner or their partner is not suitable for the trip.
Failure provide applicable information by prize winner to helloworld Travel Capalaba within 3 month
from the offered date, helloworld Travel Capalaba management have right to forfeit the prize and any
value associated with the prize.
It is responsibility of the promoter to advert all the relevant terms and conditions applicable for the
prize and ensure that winner fully understand and accept the terms and conditions applicable for the
prize.
