The temperature arrives

COMP1-High pressure switch trip

This index page provide the user to choose the related page by touching the screen.
1 Start/Stop Show the status of compressor and allow user to start (or stop).
2 Operation Supervision Indicate the operating status and the feedback values measured by the
sensors.
3 Running Hours Display the running hours, running hours of the compressor(s).
4 Temperature Setting Including temperature control correlation setting, etc.
5 Control Mode Select (or change) the control mode.
6 Input & Output status Display the status of digital inputs & outputs.
7 Alarm Regression Clear alarms & restart the unit. Note: Engineer must make sure the
alarm has been eliminated before restart the unit.
8 Alarm Records Record for the alarms occurred, occurrence time and regression time .
9 Other Setting For factory setting only. It is prohibited to change any settings except
under authorization.

The time shows on the screen of top right.


When the temp. reaches the setting for any of the compressors, message will be shown on the
center of the screen.
This page will automatically show whenever an alarm occurs.
Touch Chinese Version to enter Chinese mode.

1.1 System Mode Diagram

Indicates 1Indicate the present control mode.
Lamp signal turns black: control mode in start condition;
Lamp signal turns white: control mode in stop condition.
Indicates 2After the system started, if the temperature reach the set point, a signal V will show
on the screen and the system will be stopped.
Indicates 3: If the control mode is set on Manual mode, you can directly touch the screen to
start (or stop) the system.
Other data are Current compressor capacity, Start count down.

1.2 Operation Supervision


Temperature & Humidity Display

In this screen, the status of return air temperature & humidity will be showed.

Press the " " button, returns to home page.

Use " " or " " button to switch to other screens.

Solenoid Valve Status

On this screen, the lamp signal will show the status of solenoid valve.

Other Switch Status

On this screen, the lamp signal will show the status of other switch status.

On this screen, the lamp signal will show the status of other switch status.

1.3 Running Hours

The running hours & time of the compressor(s) will be recorded & show on this screen.

Press the " " button, returns to home page.

Use " " or " " button to switch to other screens.

The running hours of the other switch will be recorded & show on this screen.

1.4 Temperature Setting
Temperature Setting

This screen allowed user to set or change the temperature setting for the compressor.
Touch the setting area for quick setting (see page16 about the direct input).

Press the " " button, returns to home page.

Use " " or " " button to switch to other screens.

Humidity Setting

This screen allowed user to set or change the humidity setting for the humidifier.

Compressor Rotation Setting

The compressors status can be set or changed to Invalid or valid depends on the real situation
of engine room.
Control mode: Here, user can select Auto or Enforce compressor(s) mode.
If In enforce compressor mode is selected, the rotation will be automatically executed according
to compressor running hours.
If single compressor mode is selected, the rotation will be executed by the value (priority of the
compressor) set in next column.

Return Zero Function

After maintenance or new compressor is replaced, the compressor record (time & hours) will
re-accumulate from 0.

1.5 Control Mode
Start / Stop Selection

Just touch the screen to change the control mode.


MODE
1.Manual By the surface version control. (Refers to page2 system mode diagram)
2.Remote A DI signal controls by the controller on.
3.Schedule By the schedule control. (Refers to page9 schedule detail setting.)

Using " " or " " button to change the value ,then press " " to complete the setting.

General Schedule

Special Schedule

There are 5 special schedules can be set.


Once the system setting is same as one of the 5 special schedule, the system will start/stop the
system according to the special schedule.

System Time Calibration

In this screen, user can calibrate the system time.

1.6 Input & Output status


Mainboard DI

Display control switch DI (digital in) condition.


When the lamp turns white means DI contact of the controller short-circuits (CLOSE);
When the lamp turns black means DI contact of the controller leads the way (OPEN).

Press the " " button, returns to home page.

Use " " or " " button to switch to other screens.

Mainboard DO

Display control switch DO (digital out) condition.


When the lamp turns white means DO contact of the controller leads the way (OFF),
When the lamp turns black means DO contact of the controller short-circuits (ON).

1.7 Alarm Regression

Whenever the system is shutdown by alarm, user can restart the system on this screen.

Software regression : press " " and then press button to clear the alarm.
The engineers must check the contacts & sensors very carefully before
proceed next steps.
Restart after the regression: After the alarm(s) are eliminated exactly, press down this key to re-start
the system. If the alarm(s) are not eliminated exactly, the alarm
message will appear once the system is restarted.

1.8 Alarm Records

In this screen, alarm record (max. 10 records) will be showed. The first record will be overlapped
once 11th record is happened, and so on. The whrite is for happening, time, black is for regression
time.

1.9 Other Setting

User password and jurisdiction:


Bassword is set in presetting; If its not required, then any page can be read freely..
The system presetting password is 1234, may change by the user;
Ident: This network of site for the supervisory system, preset as 1.
Baud rate: This network of position site for the supervisory system.

Press the " " button, returns to home page.

Using " " or " " button to change the value ,then press " " to complete the setting.

Password Input

Please enter user password.

If the password is effective, press " " button to the following page order.

Push the numeric on the screen directly to input.,

" " Key: Backward;

" " Key: Delete;

" " Key: Complete the setting, and returns to the front page;

" " Key: Not to complete the hypothesis, and returns to home page.

The Input Setting

User can directly input the value and press " " if completed. Then, the screen will
automatically jump to the right screen.

There are 3 configurations in the system.

I. Other Setting

PSAbove 3 configurations are only valid if the password is set Valid.

LOGOUT
The system will be forcedly logout either no action after 3 minutes or press down prog.
This is the screen after logout. To login again, just touch the screen.
