Dear Yuko,

Thanks for agreeing to be my pen pal. Let me tell you about myself! Im 13
years old and I study at SMK Bukit Mewah in Seremban, Malaysia. My favourite
subjects are English and Science, because I like learning new languages and
understanding how the world works. Isnt it great how we can speak to one
another even though were in different countries?

I love to eat nasi lemak (its a local dish), guava, and satay. Have you ever tried
satay? Its like kebab meat on a stick.

Malaysia is a country full of diversity and natural resources. You said you like to
visit places which are close to nature. There are many places you could visit if
you come to Malaysia: Taman Negara, Pulau Langkawi, and Mount Kinabalu
are just three examples.

I wish I could visit Japan some day. Youve got to show me around there! And
Ive also dreamed of going to Mongolia to see the yurts and reindeer people. It
would be cool to visit Iceland too and see the Blue Lagoon.
