Christ, God leads us from place to place in one
perpetual victory parade
(2 Corinthians 2:14 MSG).
A very important truth about who you are in Christ is that
you're superior to Satan; you've overcome the world, and
have crucified the flesh with its affections and lusts. You
have dominion over sin, sickness, and death. Therefore,
life, for you, is a perpetual victory parade! You're seated
with Christ, far above all principality and power. That
means you're in a place of authority with Christ, far above
satan and everything connected to him.
Jesus already defeated satan and the cohorts of
darkness on your behalf (Colossians 2:15). The Lord
Jesus dispossessed Satan of his authority, rendered him
powerless and gave us the victory! Therefore, Satan
doesn't have any right over the world today, neither does
he have the power to run your life. Don't accommodate
sickness, disease or infirmity in your body! Don't let the
devil toy with your family, business, job or finances. Cast
him out, and walk in dominion and absolute victory!
Some think that absolute victory isn't possible. That
means they don't believe in what Jesus came to do.
2 Corinthians 2:14 says God always causes us to
triumph. Jesus came to this world to give us absolute
victory; He brought us into the transcendent life. He didn't
come to give us a religion, no! He came to give us life and,
through the Holy Spirit, help us live triumphantly every
day in dominion over the devil, the world, and the flesh.
All you have to do is enforce your victory through the fight
of faith. In 1 Timothy 6:12, the Apostle Paul admonishes
us to, Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal
life whereunto thou art also called and hast
professed a good profession before many
witnesses. This isn't a fight with the devil, your flesh or
the world; rather, it's maintaining your victory in Christ.
Notice what Jesus said in John 10:10 (AMPC), ...I came
that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in
abundance (to the full, till it overflows). Isn't that
amazing? This is what God really wants for us; to have

Now, how can anyone enjoy life when things aren't going
right? How can anyone enjoy life with sickness and pain?
How can anyone enjoy life with shattered dreams, and
troubles in the family? That's not God's best! His desire is
for you to be in good health, to have all-round prosperity,
and to live in absolute victory! Therefore, appropriate and
lay hold of the victories Jesus already wrought and
accomplished for you through your faith-filled
declarations. It may be in your job, finances, health or
family; refuse to accept failure or defeat. Keep declaring
your victory and live in it every day!

This is the testimony of Geleta Elzera, a 57-year-old from the Bahamas who,
for over 14 years, suffered from the rare and dreaded Crohn's disease.
Through the years, she went through several treatments and procedures,
but her situation did not improve. Hurt and saddened by her plight, she
sought an end to the pain, and a chance to be normal again. The Healing
School was her last option, and so she came hoping for a miracle.

Beginning her story, Geleta says, I was diagnosed with Crohn's

disease in 2005. Before that, in 1996, I had an abscess in my anus,
and the doctor cleaned it out in an operating room and said I was
going to be all right. It didn't bother me until 2004 when it flared
up again, then it got worse. In 2005, I was hospitalized. My
family decided to take me to Cuba, that's where I was
diagnosed with Crohn's disease. They gave me a colostomy
to help me pass waste from my body and I went back home.

Following this treatment, several complications developed

over time, and Geleta found herself going back and forth on
frequent trips to the hospital. She continues, In 2006, there
was abscess around the opening and it caused excruciating
pain. I had to keep visiting the hospital to have the pus
removed. In 2007, they decided to give me an ileostomy. I also
had abdominal pain and cramps; the doctors tried to help, but the
pain persisted. I always felt nauseous and I vomited often. My
appetite was not good; I couldn't eat anything except for a little
watermelon with salt on it and some Gatorade. If I ate more than that, I
couldn't finish it and I would vomit. I had to carry a bag around for the
vomiting because it happened all the time. I couldn't even stand the
smell of cooking. I weighed 204lbs before this started, but I lost so
much weight, till I was about 150lbs.

Life was so difficult for me, it was a terrible condition to be in. I

couldn't even play with my grandchildren who loved me so dearly.
When they came to me, I had my daughter send them away. I was so
weak I couldn't even speak loudly. I had to use a wheelchair because
it helped me move faster. It was terrible and excruciating for me. When
you talk about pain, I had a lot of it. When the doctors operated on me, I
had two openings with colostomy bags attached to my body. After that,

For 2 years, I suffered from rheumatoid arthritis. I woke up one day in 2012, and I
felt some pain in my knees. Also, I was feeling weak. I didn't think it was anything
serious until I noticed the pain was getting worse and that my hands, knees,
legs and shoulders had started swelling. I went to see a doctor who, upon
examination, declared that I had rheumatoid arthritis. The diagnosis was
shocking! No one in my family ever had such, and arthritis mostly affects
older people but I was only 22 at the time. I was unable to stand or walk for a
long time, neither could I cook nor dress myself. Having that disease put me
in a very bad state; it depressed me. When I came to the Healing School, I
learnt to put God's Word to work through faith. When the session was over, I
knew that I had received my healing and that the sickness was over! Now, I can
do all that I couldn't before. Hallelujah!

 I came to the Healing School because I was diagnosed with anemia 13 years ago.
It all started in 2004, but from January 2016, the condition deteriorated rapidly,
irrespective of intense medication. I started feeling weak and tired all the time. I
also experienced dizziness and blurry vision. The situation affected my life so
badly I had to depend on my sister's help all the time. It also affected me
financially; I am a fashion producer and my job is to train models and
produce fashion shows, but I couldn't work because I had no energy to do
the job. I came to the Healing School with hope that I would be healed. The
day Pastor Chris prayed for me, I ran with so much joy, because I felt
stronger and I knew I was healed. Since then, my life hasn't been the same. I
am healed and I can do all the things I couldn't do before. My business is doing

It started in 2012 with the swelling of my feet and pain in the knee joints. When initial
medication didn't bring any relief, I went to the hospital where a thorough
examination revealed that I was suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus.
My joints became so painful and I was so weak that I struggled to do most
things like sitting, standing, taking my bath, getting dressed or even
brushing my teeth. I tired very easily. I had to eat lying down. Sometimes, I
slept seated because it hurt to lay in the bed. I lost 10kg in 4 months
because I'd lost my appetite. I couldn't concentrate, and my performance at
work dropped. I couldn't do anything without the medication. I had to take
10 tablets each day to try and stabilize my body. I couldn't even picture a
normal life anymore. When I heard about the Healing School, I decided that it
was time to cause a change. I was determined to come out healed. It was my
final stop and hope; I knew that only God could heal me. While I was still going
through the classes, I noticed that I could stand and dance during the sessions. I
had indescribable energy, so much that I had to either walk very fast or run. The day of
the healing service, Pastor Chris got to me, pointed and said, You're free. I fell under the power and I knew then
that I had gotten it! I got up and started running like I hadn't in a long time, shouting I'm healed! It's been over a year
now, and I am still healthy and strong. I live a very normal life. I cook, drive, work, shop, wear heels, and do all those
things I couldn't do before. My life is beautiful again, and it's all to the glory of God.

 Food ought to taste great and be a source of nourishment, but when the opposite is the case, it becomes a source
of concern. Improper food handling can make the body sick, rather than provide nourishment for the body. Poor
handling could occur either during preservation or preparation. Poor food hygiene will cause symptoms like
diarrhea, fever, abdominal cramps and vomiting. However, food-borne illnesses can be avoided by following
some safety measures and imbibing proper food handling procedures.

Safety Measures On Food Purchase

Always look out for freshness, especially for perishable food items. Buy fresh foods fruits, vegetables, meat,
fish, dairy and eggs. Don't buy food items that have abnormal smell or color. Ensure that food items are clean and
free from cracks or broken skin before purchase, especially for eggs and fruits. This is important because
bacteria can enter through any opening on the food items. On packaged foods, read labels properly to acquaint
yourself with the expiry date, how to store and prepare, as well as the ingredients of the food you are spending
your money on.

Safety Measures On Food Storage

Food items should be stored at the right temperatures; 50C for freezing and 18oC for refrigeration. This is crucial
because the right temperature will help inhibit the action of microorganisms on food items, thus keeping your
food fresh. Meat, poultry and fish should be stored in separate plastic bags, so that blood or fluid from them won't
contaminate other food items. Store your non-perishable food items properly, away from the reach of household
pests and rodents.

Safety Measures On Food Preparation

Thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables with clean running water. Scrub farm produce like carrots, melons,
cucumbers, cabbages and the likes to remove dirt before consumption. Maintain separate chopping boards for
meat and vegetables to avoid contamination, as most vegetables are eaten raw or only half-cooked. Always
wash your hands before cooking or preparing meals. Don't overcook your vegetables, add them to sauces and
soups when everything else is ready and leave to steam for 2 minutes, so as not to diminish the nutritional value
of the vegetables. Consume leftovers within 3-4 days or throw them away.

Your health is of paramount importance, take good care of what goes into your system; handle your food the right
way, and keep living the healthy life!

 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither
be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest
(Joshua 1:9).

Irrespective of the challenges that may come your way, you must learn to stand your ground in faith, knowing
that your faith is the victory that overcomes the world. Never allow what you hear or see with your physical eyes
cause you to lose heart and start voicing fear; stand your ground and keep talking your way to victory.

Some Christians lose heart and allow fear take a hold of them upon hearing the lies and evil reports from the
enemy. The devil will always seek to put fear in your heart by constantly bombarding your mind with negative
thoughts. However, regardless of the negative thoughts or pictures he brings to your mind, refuse to fear, and
refuse to speak negatively. Do what Caleb and Joshua did; out of the twelve spies Moses sent to spy out
Canaan, only the two of them stood their ground in faith. They said concerning the giants, they are bread
for us: their defence is departed from them, and the Lord is with us: fear them not (Numbers 14:9).
That's the voice of faith, and faith is what gives you the victory.

In Mark 9:23, Jesus said, If thou canst, believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Never give
up or give in. Keep the switch of faith turned on, for faith never fails! Our faith-filled words in the power of the
Holy Spirit always prevail. When you find yourself in an uncomfortable position, don't fret and don't despair!
Speak words of faith. When things don't seem to be working out right, don't say, Oh God, why me? Instead,
refuse to be discouraged; stand your ground in faith and keep the victory shout on!

CONFESSIONS
I'm a victor in Christ Jesus. Fear, doubt and unbelief have no place in me, for my faith in God and His eternal
Word is the victory that overcomes the world! I refuse to be sick, diseased, distressed or discouraged, because
greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world!

I thank my God for the victorious life He's called me into a triumphant life that is far above sickness, disease,
poverty, failure and death. I walk worthy of this calling today, fully taking advantage of the power of divinity that
is in me.

Just like the cedar of Lebanon, I declare that I am deeply rooted in the Word of God; I am strong, healthy and
continually making progress. I am an embodiment of God's grace and my daily experience is that of the
miraculous and God's infinite love.

The Word of God is at work in me mightily; therefore, I live in health and prosperity, even as my soul prospers.
No disease, sickness or infirmity can anchor itself to my body. I am daily revitalised, strengthened and
energised by the wonder-working ability of God's Word.

My body is the temple of the living God; it is holy and sanctified, impervious to sickness or any contrary
situation. The Word of God is life to me and it is health to my flesh. Every cell in my blood and every marrow in
my bones are inundated with the very life of God.
