suatu ketika saya mengikuti kelas inspirasi yang diadakan di kediri jawa timur, saat itu saya

mengikuti kelas inspirasi yang ke empat bersama sekitar kurang lebih 200 orang relawan
yang terdiri dari pengajar , fasililitator, dan dokumentator yang saling bekerja sama untuk
mensukseskan acara pada tahun 2016 ini. pada awal bulan januari kita sudah melakukan
pertemuan untuk mempersiapkan acara yang akan berjalan .di pertemuan awal ini kita
melakukan pendekatan dan perkenalan satu sama lain, kita berkumpul dalam satu wadah
yang sama padahal kita berasal dari kabupaten yang berbeda dan profesi yang berbeda pula.
namun disini kita menyatukan satu visi dan misi kita untuk memajukan pendidikan indonesia
melalui kegiatan kelas inspirasi ini dimana kita akan memberi semangat dan motivasi anak
untuk memilih cita - cita yang sesuai keinginan dan kemampuan mereka. selain itu disini kita
bersama- sama belajar membuat suasana belajar kita yaitu dengan memperkenalkan berbagai
profesi itu menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan serta memiliki alur yang urut. jadi kita
belajar bagaimana ice breaking, bagaimana menyampaikan isi materi atau sebuah profesi agar
mudah dimengerti, dan bagaimana membuat anak ini tertarik dan aktif saat kegiatan
berlangsung. kemudian yang terakhir kita membagi relawan di berbagai sekolah dasar dengan
cara acak sehingga semua terbagi rata dan adil. setelah terbagi rata kita melakukan diskusi
bersama dengan kepala sekolah SD tersebut tentang bagaimana acara ini akan berlangsung.

I once classes inspiration held in Kediri, East Java, when I joined the class inspiration to four
with about approximately 200 volunteers consisting of teachers, fasililitator, and documenter
that work together for the success of the event in 2016. at the beginning of the month of
January we had a meeting to prepare for the event which will run .In this initial meeting and
introductions we approach each other, we gather in the same container when we come from
different districts and different professions. but here we unify our vision and mission to
promote education through classroom activities inspiration Indonesia is where we will give
encouragement and motivation to choose ideals - ideals that suit their desires and capabilities.
other than that here we are together to learn to make our learning environment is to introduce
various professions it is fun and not boring and has a groove that sequence. so we learned
how to ice breaking, how to convey the content of the material or a profession to be easy to
understand, and how to make children interested and active during the activity. then the last
one we divided the volunteers at various elementary schools in a random way so that all
divided evenly and fairly. after evenly split we had discussions with the elementary school
principal about how this event will take place.
saat itu saya mendapatkan kesempatan menjadi salah satu fasilitator di SD kebonrejo 1 yang
letaknya cukup jauh dari kota dan terletak di lereng gunung kelud. saya ditemani oleh 5
fasilitator yang lain yaitu meilia , ayyin , suci , ayu , denita , kemudian 2 dokumentator yaitu
aditya dan setya, dan dari pengajar ada dari 5 profesi yang berbeda yaitu dosen, pariwisata,
sains, polisi hutan, wartawan.

then I get a chance to become one of the facilitators in elementary kebonrejo 1 which is
located quite far from the city and is located on the slopes of Mount Kelud. I was
accompanied by five other facilitators are meilia, ayyin, pure, beautiful, denita, then 2
documenter that Aditya and setya, and from there teachers from five different professions,
namely lecturers, tourism, science, forest police, told reporters.

sehari sebelum berangkat ke SD kebonrejo 1 kami mempersiapkan segala kebutuhan untuk


kegiatan tersebut dan memastikan siapa saja yang akan berangkat. saat itu kami berkumpul
di taman ngronggo jam 19.00. namun tidak semua bisa hadir pada pertemuan tersebuat hanya
ada beberapa fasislitator diantaranya adalah meilia,succi, dan saya. kemudian keesokan
harinya setelah pulang dari kampus sekitar pukul 16.00 saya dan succi berbelanja kebutuhan
dan berangkat ke pare untuk bertemu dengan anggota lainnya. setelah semua berkumpul di
pare kami mendiskusikan jadwal kegiatan, dan pukul 18.00 melanjutkan perjalanan ke
kebonrejo. perjalanan yang kami tempuh cukup jauh, kami menempuh perjalanan sakitar 1,5
jam dan sampai disana pukul 19.30. kemudian disana kita menginap di salah satu rumah guru
Sd kebonrejo 1 yang terletak tidak jauh dari lokasi. setelah sampai disana kami rapat
sebentar, makan malam, dan mempersiapkan fasilitas untuk kegiatan. kami menyelesaikan
semuanya hingga larut malam kira- kira hinga jam 01.00.

keesokan harinya kami bersiap diri jam 06.00.ketika sampai di SD tersebut kami mendapat
sambutan baik dari semua murid dan guru. sebelum kami melakukan kegiatan kami
melakukan doa bersama dan setelah itu kami melakukan apel penyambutan. kemudian stelah
apel dirasa cukup kami membuka kegiatan dengan melakukan game "PALU". semua murid
sangat senang melakukan game tersebut.

pada jam 09.00 murid memasuki kelas begitu juga pengajar dan fasilitator, setiap sesi
berjalan sekitar 30 menit, jadi setelah waktu habis semua pengajar akan berpindah ke kelas
yang lain, hingga akhirnya pengajar yang sudah memasuki kelas terakhir harus menjelaskan
makna cita - cita dan memberikan kesempatan untuk semua murid menuliskan cita - cita
mereka di kertas yang kemudian akan ditempelkan ke pohon cita - cita yang telah terpasang
di kelas, sehingga mereka akan selalu mengingat dan termotivasi.untuk kegiatan terakhir kita
melakukan senam pinguin masal dan foto bersama.

a day before leaving for SD kebonrejo 1 we prepare everything needed for these activities
and ensure anyone who would depart. at that time we gathered in the park ngronggo 19.00.
however not all be present at the meeting fasislitator tersebuat there are only few of them are
meilia, Succi, and me. then the next day after coming home from the campus around 16:00
me and Succi shopping needs and set out to pare to meet with other members. after all
gathered in our pare discuss the schedule of activities, and 18.00 proceeded to kebonrejo.
trips that we go far enough, we traveled sakitar 1.5 hours and got there at 19:30. then there
we stayed in one of the houses teacher kebonrejo Sd 1 which is located not far from the
location. after arriving there we were meeting for a while, dinner, and prepare the facility for
activities. we finish everything up late approximately hinga 01.00.
the next day we prepared hours in the elementary 06.00.ketika until we got a good response
from students and teachers. before we conduct our activities prayed together and after that we
do an apples reception. then the account after we opened the apple is enough to conduct
gaming activity "HAMMER". all students are pleased with the game.
at 09.00 pupils entered the classroom as well as teachers and facilitators, each session runs
about 30 minutes, so after the time out of all teachers will move to another class, until
teachers have entered the last class had to explain the meaning of ideals - ideals and provides
the opportunity for all students write ideals - ideals of their paper will then be attached to the
tree ideals - ideals that have been installed in the classroom, so that they will always
remember and motivated.for the last activity we do penguins mass gymnastics and photos
together.
Indonesia Teaching is a movement in education initiatives that recruit, train, and send the best
graduates to teaching elementary school in the area around Indonesia for 1 year.
Contributions GIM in Indonesia education starting from 2010. One of the main mission of
this movement is to encourage the various parties, including the general public, to be
involved actively in efforts to increase the quality of education of the nation. This invitation
comes in many forms, one of which is a Class Inspiration.

Starting from Indonesia Teaching friends and some professional friends who want to
contribute to education in Indonesia, was born the concept of Class Inspiration. Class
Inspiration is an activity that embodies professionals from various sectors to participate and
contribute to the mission of education improvement in Indonesia. Through this program, the
teaching professionals from various backgrounds were required to leave one day
simultaneously to visit and teach elementary school, which is the Day of Inspiration.

Furthermore, these professionals are called volunteer teachers. Volunteer teachers interact in
the school to share stories and work experience and provide motivation to achieve goals for
students. Interaction volunteer teacher with the school community do to open space
communication and collaboration among both through the experience of visiting and
teaching, and interacting during the day inspiration including preparation time.

Inspiration Class Activity The first was held on 25 April 2012 at 25 primary locations in
Jakarta. The initial goal of KI is a gateway involvement of professionals with a basic
education in the reality of the world environment, and Indonesia in general. The professionals
are invited to tell about their profession. Hopefully, the students will have more choices ideals
and be more motivated to have a big dream. For the professional educators, Class Inspiration
can give experience teaching the class as a form of real and active contribution to the
improvement of the nation's future. The interaction between the professionals with
elementary school students and teachers will be expected to evolve more ideas and activities
that involve the contribution of professionals.
