Conclusion : This project help me see what I each the most and the less. I found out that I eat less
calories than I'm supposed too.

Why do you only need the recommended servings? You need the recommended servings
because it's important to keep your body healthy as safe. People who don't protect and take
care of there body end up unhealthy.
