days- days-489 days- Total of 3 days- 3,886 146.2 days- 18.3 45.36 From this food journal I learned that I get most of my energy from all the carbs I eat throughout a day, so I have to find a way to burn all those extra carbs otherwise they will turn into fat. I learned that I need to eat way more fruits and vegetable throughout to day because right now I'm lacking certain vitamins obtained from them, and I need to drink way more water so that I don't dehydrate and cramp up. I'm pretty good with my protein and and dairy, so my bones and muscles are doing fine.
