Standard Food Pyramid
My Food Pyramid
*You may notice I am lacking a dairy section. I am lactose intolerant, so I don't eat enough dairy
to bother mentioning.
I ate an estimated 1 serving a day of sweets, recommended is not even 1 serving a day.
I ate approximately 4 servings of fruit each day, recommended is 3 servings a day.
I also ate about 4 servings of meat each day, the recommended is about 4 servings a day.
Finally, I ate around 7 servings of carbohydrates each day, and the recommended is about
seven.

The human often takes in more than it needs, and this includes food. Your body, especially
without significant exercise, does not need a whole lot of food. Still, the human body is
dependent on our food intake, being that we could neither sustain standard bodily functions, nor
grow, or repair ourselves, as we are constantly doing. Food is both energy, and material for your
body.

In reflection upon this assignment, I am not surprised by the results. I fit in almost exactly where
I expected to be, and I'm comfortable there. I see no need to change my diet.
