Over the three days of tracking my eating I have made the realization that I don't have a very
big variety of different foods. I ate almost the same thing everyday except dinner was different. I
also need to add more protein and meats the my meals, because I work out a lot, before and
after school, so I need more protein to build muscles and stay in homeostasis. The most I eat is
wheat foods and bread so I need to add more vegetables into my diet. A good idea might also
be to eat less cheez-its.
Conclusion
When reflecting on what I ate and what I should eat to keep homeostasis it made I clear to
me that my eat style needs to change. I look found to changing it and it will hopefully help me
stay in homeostasis.
