Know Thyself. ‘American Aborigine - Amexem Respectfully Sent to the Presently Ruling Powers (Beings Seen and Unseen) and All Elected United States of America Officials and Public Servants of Federal, State, City, and Municipal Governments, Personnel and Corporate Entities: HEAR YE, HEAR YE...[, Christine Allison Diane (Solomon) Robinson©, a woman, having a sound ‘mind, under no duress, with pure intentions, not to defraud anyone, and of my own free will, proclaim my nationality as American Aborigine. My nationality as American Aborigine began at birth—the nineteenth day of the tenth month in the year of nineteen seventy-two. All protections and rights of American Aborigines apply to Christine Allison Diane (Solomon) Robinson®. AS AN AMERICAN ABORIGINE....I, exercise the right to change my name in honor of my Ancestors, who are indigenous to Amexem for over 50,000 years, and who are the true owners of the land called ‘Amexem—now known as North America, South America, Central America, and the adjoining islands. Since my Ancestors were prisoners of war, the ancient languages and customs of my American Aborigine Ancestors were replaced with Christianity, which resulted in my parents giving me a Christian name—Christine Allison Diane (Solomon). But, this Christian name does not identify my heritage as an ‘American Aborigine. Therefore, in order to honor my Ancestors’ customs and traditions, and to take my rightful status as American Aborigine, with pride and great joy, I declare my new appellation to be perpetually known as Akina Kuris-El Bey®. I, Akina Kuris-El Bey®, AM no longer known as Christine Allison Diane (Solomon) Robinson®, which name was made: Chattel Property of the PROVINCE OF ONTARIO through the STATEMENT OF BIRTH and issuance of a Social Insurance Number; and Chattel Property of the UNITED STATES at the suance of an Alien Registration Card, Social Security Number, and a Certificate of Naturalization, all of which contracts I void ab initio. At the time these and other contracts were made, I was considered an infant and a minority; and now I proclaim that | AM Mature and a Majority. I AM a Human, Flesh and Blood American Aborigine Woman wio reserves all my rights without reservation and without prejudice. My mother was bamboozled into believing that she had to complete applications, ie birth statement, social insurance, social security, alien registration, ete. for my “good”. My mother completed contracts without full disclosure that the name she gave me would be taken and labeled Dead, a Corpse (Corporation), a Constructive Notice and Proclamation of Nationality 17-AKI191072 Page 1of 7 Ward of the State, Agriculture, an Infant, and a Minority. When my mother made these contracts, she ‘was tricked into selling her flesh and blood daughter to the State as their Chattel Property, which is a violation of Human Rights. The names, Christine Allison Diane Solomon® (created at birth) and Christine Allison Diane Robinson® (created at marriage), were written in all capital letters, CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE SOLOMONO, and CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE ROBINSONE, and changed to dead corpses (corporations), to provide me vessels to do commerce in this world. I thought that simply receiving the full faith and credit for those names was enough to set me free. But now I know that | must lay those names to rest. CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE SOLOMONG and CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE ROBINSON is DEAD. | view those entities as dead, just as the Federal and State governments do. My birth name and. my married name, represent the old me, the crucified me, the dead me. This Constructive Notice and Proclamation of Nationality and Declaration of Aboriginal Appellation was created to set the record straight about who I AM. So, today I bury Christine Allison Diane Solomon®, which ported from my mother on the nineteenth day of the tenth month in the year nineteen seventy-two. Today, I also bury Christine Allison Diane Robinson®, which was created through a Marriage License, on the fifth day of the seventh month in the year nineteen ninety-seven. I AM now reborn a new woman, Akina Kuris-El Bey®, a Spirit Being of ENERGY and Light, and an Unlimited source of energy, joined to a Flesh and Blood body, with Abundance as one of my many birthrights. LET THE RECORD SHOW that I AM a Flesh and Blood Limitless Energetic Being of Light, | AM Human, and [AM an American Aborigine Woman, | AM an Indigenous Autochthon of this planet, now known as Earth. I AM the Beneficiary of CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE SOLOMON® and CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE ROBINSON®, AND I have a vested right to the enjoyment of the vested interest in the aforementioned estate/trusts/corporations. Using statutes, codes, and corporate or foreign laws, Governments (and corporations ie. United States) have placed restrictions on the God-given rights and freedoms of men and women. Although these restrictions have been villainized and used to do much damage to the families around the world, they have their place; for out of restriction comes a true appreciation and respect for FREEDOM. Statutes, codes, and laws are needed to govern the Lawless; but, AM Lawful and respeotful of the rights, and viewpoints of others. So, in proclaiming my Nationality as American Aborigine, I remove myself from the jurisdictions of the UNITED STATES, STATE OF TEXAS, COUNTY OF TARRANT, CITY OF SAGINAW, and all other jurisdictions of institutions/corporations; as an American Aborigine, [ submit to the jurisdiction of Self and the AMEXEM AUTOCHTHON Tribe. As the Elected Officials and Public Servants of Federal, State, City, and Municipal Governments, you have been entrusted with land from my Primogenitors, for my beneficial use. The roles were switched along the way, and without full disclosure, I was made the fiduciary of my estate. Let the record show, that I resign as fiduciary trustee of CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE SOLOMONGO and CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE ROBINSONG, and I claim my rightful role as Beneficiary of CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE SOLOMON® and CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE ROBINSON®. fone uses their sense of sight to try and identify me, they would be incorrect at their identification. 1 AM a melanin-dominate woman....but my ancestry derives from all around the world, especially Amexem, or the Americas (North America, South America, Central America, and the adjoining islands). So, in order to honor them all, I proclaim my Nationality as American Aborigine, and choose to be hereafter and perpetually known as Akina Kuris-El Bey®, to honor my Ancestors and separate my identity from the corporate fiction CHRISTINE ALLISON DIANE (SOLOMON) ROBINSON®. Today, I correct the assumptions and misidentifications that I am Negro, Colored, Black, and/or African American, I proclaim my race to be HUMAN, and for your records, iy legal status is White. I pledge my allegiance and bear true faith to my Aborigine Ancestors, my fellow American Aborigines, and to the AMEXEM AUTOCHTHON Tribe. I govern myself by the AMEXEM AUTOCHTHON Constitution, the Laws of Nature, Universal and Cosmic Law, Maxims, and my internal guide that dictates that I do no harm to another man or woman, or to another's property. IDO NOT NEED CORPORATE OR FOREIGN LAWS, STATUTES, AND CODES, NOR PERMISSION FROM ANY GOVERNMENTAL BODY, OR CORPORATE BODY IN ORDER TO MAKE THE, STATEMENTS IN THIS PROCLAMATION: because, everything I need to govern me is already inside of me and was given to me by Mother Nature and my Ancient Fore-mothers and Fore-fathers.
