This is an example of my
food pyramid. I work out a lot, therefore I need a lot of protein. I try to balance my protein with
my carbohydrates.
This food pyramid is the basic one, it is balanced and based on a 2,000 calorie diet. On mine I
have lots of protein when this basic one has a lot of carbohydrates.
