Kenpo Basics:

1. Kick low, below the knee.

2. Hands high in guard: Front ice cream, back holding the phone.
3. Blade stance: Less exposure of vital points, protect knees.
4. Back Heel front toe alignment.
5. Chin down to protect head with front shoulder.

Advanced:
Back heel off ground for spring/ shock absorption.
Knees always pointed at target for power, but may angle away for knee protection.

Concepts: Think of Kenpo always in daily life. Any motion can look like a daily life motion such as
combing hair but can hide martial applications such as combing hair disguising an elbow.
Thus Kenpo can be practiced everywhere discreetly.
