3. File Services

-add roles

-check Distributed File System

4.Creating User Account and Mapping

-Active Directory

-server name:rey.local

-user- right click new user

-create user name and pwd: the same with admin

uncheck option for security

5.Creating OU (Organization Unit)

-right click server: rey.local

-new- chose OU name: any

-drag created user to OU

 -right click user edit(double click)

-go to profile

-In home Folder

Connect:7:17 to: path created in the file Server

6. Redirection

-Feature File server

-Group Policies Management -create Folder
-share and security
-Forest -Find user domain created
-full authentication
-domain

-server:rey.local right click

-create GPO

-name: any ok

-Right Click edit

Computer Configuration

Go to client
-Offline Files -run
-gpupdate /force
-Allow and disallow disable -choose

-see to it folders created are fully authorities to

-chose any folder for redirection

7. Deploy Printer

-print Services

-Print Management
*printer services
-Print Server -roles
-add roles
-server name -check print services
-Check LPC printers
-printer (Add printer if no printer installed)
-next installclose
-right click printer you want to deploy

-browse GPO

- ok

*security so can Administrator can delete, edit, rename folder or files on redirected user account
-right click on the user name/folder created/file
-go to properties
-security
- Go to administrator
-Check full control
* if nothing happen go to client and do the same security options.
