crossing the river: rules
1. The raft can carry only 2 people.

2. The father can not be left with any of the daughters


unless the mother is present

3. The mother can not be left with any of the sons unless
the father is present.

4. The criminal can not stay with any family member unless
the guard is present.

5. Only the father, mother, and guard know how to use the
raft.

•export/share notes as pdf or video files on teacher pages/

•with your group: tag-team a tutorial (one person narrates,
the other writes/demonstrates using the SMARTboard) that
illustrates some specific class content
•record the tutorial with SMART recorder, JING,
screentoaster, screenr, etc....
•save JING file as SWF and import into SMART notebook
•attach or embed SMART recorder WMV to teacherpages,
blog/wiki/posterous page, etc...

1. use Audacity to create audio files that will be used as prompts/
clues in a SMART NOTEBOOK file
2. use Google Earth at the SMARTboard to create a guided tour.

3. use the SMARTboard to create/modify a review game (whack-
a-mole, jeopardy, quia.com, or one from scratch).... students take
turns up at the board and add their own questions.

smart notebook with another class in your building, in your
district, or even another country!
2. design a collaborative activity/discussion/lesson that uses

accomplish the task)
