A NEW EL SALVADOR

Imagine a new country, a new El Salvador. Is part of a cycle of diagnoses and proposals, whose purpose is to
improve the lives of Salvadorans. And Salvadoran women.

-Why does not El Salvador has achieved a high level of development for its inhabitants?
-Why does violence persist and there is no prompt and justice for those who break the rules?

There are many questions thatsalvadorean society needs to be answered.

As salvadoreans we have to face the challenge of transforming from a society characterized by inequality and
violence, in a more equitable, supportive and coherent with its principles constitutional.
Society has not invested systematically in the enough money and willingness to take advantage the treasure
and potential of its people; is tolerant of loss, waste and leakage of its main wealth: the people; are still
designed and implement public policies without taking account of the aspirations, aspirations, needs and
human rights.
These are some situations part of the explanation why El Salvador Fails to Become a Successful Country and
high human development.
Fortunately, despite the mistakes of the past, history also accounts for some of the hits that have been
product of the ability, vision and civic commitment to undertake change, of which an encouraging message
follows: El Salvador can, if it is proposed, become in a country of opportunity and development.
Despite the improvements of the last decades, El Salvador remains an unjust society because in the race to
achieve well-being does not place.
Accepted that El Salvador has a population that is characterized by its drive and industriousness, citizens must
realize that the discouragement is operating in a destructive way in the possibilities of moving the country
forward.
Citizenship asserts that money, and what this purchase, defines the possibility of access and thelity of the
means to be happy. The house, education, health, abundance and quality of these services and goods depends
on howu qa m can be paid for them. In addition, in terms of job opportunities, they perceive that it is the
family networks and the key contactuchs that end up tilting the balance. Youth is one of the sectors of the
population perceived as marginalized from the country's opportunities. The constant feeling of impunity and
vulnerability is a message that urges a culture of civic respect and human rights not only for young people but
also for society

The conclusion, which is not encouraging, is that implemented in the country for over a century Have not
favored equitable well-being for all and all Salvadorans.
El Salvador needs to reinvent his home. That house is the country: the place in which history and politics are
developed and developed, but above all, the meeting space of people in which day to day forge their efforts
and dreams. In a house, the protagonists are its inhabitants, since they are who make the climate is of
happiness and harmony or, on the contrary, of bitterness or disenchantment.
