We compare manually if physical contracts number matches with the excel sheet
numbers.
We make commissions requisition, which requires approvals and money transfer to MTN
Bank account and we request MTN to deposit the money on Ignite MOMO account
We check all agents phone numbers if they are registered in MOMO if not we call them
to give us MOMO phone numbers.
From that, I prepare a batch file and send the money.

To measure sector leaders performance, we call all agents to tell us the sector they work
upon.
We prepare an excel sheets for all contracted Sector leaders and we match them with the
numbers of installations done by the sales agents He/she leads.
