MEETING WITH THE RHU STAFF & DOH DEPLOYED HRH

I. RATIONALE

Meeting is where a group of people come together to discuss issues, to improve

communication, to provide updates and information, to promote coordination and to deal with any
matters that are entered in the agenda with the intention of achieving goals and objectives.
In this regard, theres a need for the Development program Officers (DMOs) of the
Provincial DOH Office of Ilocos Norte to conduct meetings with the RHU Staff and DOH
Deployed HRH in the different municipalities and cities of the province, hence this activity is
proposed.

II. OBJECTIVES

At the end of the meeting the participants shall be able to:

1. Review the collection of Health Facility Profiling 2017

2. Discuss and assist in organizing/ reactivating of the Municipal Blood Council
3. Discuss and implement the policies/ guidelines on:
a. Zero Open Defecation
b. Zero FP Unmet Needs
4. Know the importance on the conduct of the 2nd round Annual TSEKAP
5. Other Matters
