Unfortunately, during the operation one of the graders fell in the ravines and into the
property that you owned. The City is planning to retrieve the said grader from your property
so as not to inconvenience you further.

It is on this regard that we request you to allow City Government equipment to pass through
your land and create a path leading to the fallen grader in order for the retrieval team to
retrieve the same. Rest assured that no damage shall come upon your property during the
retrieval process, and that the path made is temporary and will only be used for the said
purpose.
