Unorganized Indian brokerage market is valued at USD 2bn, Nuremberg spotted this and started its journey in 2014
to serve 20 Mn households living in Urban India, to create a brand and better experience.

Nuremberg is one of the best online rental platform leveraging technology in NCR, with 100 transactions per month,
and targeting to close 1000 transactions per month by FY 18. It has added Pune to its portfolio recently.

Nuremberg serves the urban households who are looking for houses on rental with full stack approach from home
visits to paper work with verified properties listed on its website/app.

Nuremberg sources real time information from its proprietary broker information exchange platform BroKER, used
by more than 100K brokers PAN India.

The company is invested by 3 marquee investors namely LightSpeed Ventures, Blume ventures and Cyber Agent
Ventures.

Nuremberg is planning to raise $1.5mn to close its Series A round, where it has raised USD 4.5mil. The capital will be
utilized towards working capital needs.
