receive silent lunch until the document is given to Ms. Cooper.

are 80% or below.

This letter is to inform you that your child is at risk of failing his/her Social Studies class. His/Her current grade
average is ______%. We only have 4 weeks left until the end of 4th quarter. It is my hope, that by sending this
letter home, it will result in building a collaborative effort to ensure that your child has the support he/she needs
to pass my class. I would love to see your child for tutoring on Tuesdays, 4:30 5:45 pm. Tutoring is a great
time to make up missing assignments, re-take any test that is below 80% and receive additional help. Please
review the list below for important dates and upcoming test/quizzes.
