This document will serve as a legal and binding contract between Lindsey Powell, hereinafter called the
Breeder, and _____________________ hereinafter called the Buyer.

Terms of Payments:

The buyer understands that any money placed on the puppy will NOT be refunded due to any unforseen
circumstances. The payment will be carried over to an upcoming litter of choice but buyer will have to
pay price diffrence. If the puppy isnt paid in full 1 week prior to pick up the breeder has the right to re-
list the said puppy. If the buyer is requesting shipping the puppy buyer must send shipping cost 5days
prior to drop off. The breeder will NOT allow puppies to leave until payment is fulfilled.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of the
sale. If within 3 days from the time you, the buyer, take possession of the puppy, it is found by a licensed
veterinarian not to be in good health, the breeder agrees to refund the purchase price upon return of
the puppy to the breeder. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred. A refund will be
given only upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian. This required visit validates this
agreement. By not adhering to the required vet visit this contract is made null and void.

Pow Danes guarantees the puppy to be free for 1 year from the date of birth of hereditary and
congenital disorders that may interfere with his/her ability to lead a normal life. These disorders can
include, but are not limited to, hip dysplasia, deafness, and blindness. In the event of such an occurrence
you may return puppy to the breeder at buyers expense with the following requirements being met.

1. The pet must be examined by two different vets, one must be approved by the breeder, and a
certified statement for the problem must be made available.

2. Proof of an adequate, large/giant breed tailored diet must be made available. Itemized receipts for
dog food will be acceptable. Breeder reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by his veterinarian
at his cost. The breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills and or costs acquired by you, the
buyer.

Terms of Replacement:

In the event that euthanization of the above referenced dog, before 12 months of age, is deemed to be
in the best interest of the animal by a competent veterinarian because of the development of a proven
genetic disease not to include genetic disorders that could be caused by a gene mutation that was
caused by a combination of the parents, mange or any nutrition related disease as specified above in
puppys health. The said dog will be replaced, with one of the same or similar quality from breeders
current or next available litter, no money will be refunded. Said condition MUST be proven genetic,

inconclusive studies that merely suggest disease is hereditary are not covered. All veterinarian costs &
shipping associated herein shall be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Understand that there is no
way to guarantee a dog will pass health testing even if parents have been tested and cleared.

Purchaser (s) Responsibility: (All Puppies) Purchaser acknowledges herein responsibility for maintaining
the said dog in a healthy, clean and safe environment for the dogs lifetime. Purchaser further
acknowledges responsibility for any and all appropriate medical care that is necessary for maintaining
the health and welfare for the said dog (heart worm prevention, vaccinations, flea control, de-wormings,
etc.) Purchaser further agrees to update Breeder on dogs progress at least every 3 to 6 months.

To ensure your puppys good health and to keep our health guarantee in effect, we require you to keep
this puppy on premium food, and follow a licensed veterinarians recommended immunization schedule.
Failure to do so can result in termination of the health guarantee.

Breeder/Buyer retains no responsibilities to the puppy other than those specifically mentioned in this
contract. Neither party has liability due to accident or illness or any other disorder that may be caused
by environmental factors. Common parasites, (I.E. fleas, ticks, worms, coccidiosis, mites, etc.) are not
cause for replacement. Illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, or chemicals after the puppy
leaves the breeder is not cause for replacement.

It is very important to continue the vaccinations and worming schedule for your puppy as well as annual
boosters for following years. If you, the buyer, decide to spay/neuter your puppy it is recommended that
you wait until the puppy is one year of age.

Supplements: We use supplements for all our dogs & require that you do so as well. You will be given
a brochures about the positives of using them at pickup along with the order code you can use online
to order our personal fav supplment Nuvet. These products are to be given daily. It is equivalent to the
human daily vitamin. Failure to use supplments will result in a complete and entire void of your health
guarantee and puppy replacement.

TERMS
Buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and to provide premium food, water, housing, proper
socialization, and medical care.

Buyer agrees to follow the breeders recommendations, regarding feeding, training, exercise and general
care. Great Danes need plenty of rest, fresh water, and food, a warm/dry place to sleep NO KENNELING,
regular exercise and lots of LOVE!

Buyer agrees said puppy will never be placed on a co-own contract or surrendered to a shelter without
prior consent of the breeder. If for ANY REASON this puppy does not work out for you, and you are
unable to provide this puppy with a happy home, you are required to first contact breeder (Pow Danes
Lindsey Powell) Before puppy is put into a new home it MUST be approved by breeder. Breeder has all

rights to repossession of said puppy if placed in a non-approved home. The expenses incurred for the
puppy to return him/her will be yours.

Buyer must agree to housing the dog indoors as its primary housing. If the dog is found to be allowed to
run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, or found to be neglected, abused or allowed to
live in poor health or poor conditions the Breeder has all rights to repossession of said puppy with no
refund to the buyer. Buyer agrees to not breed female puppy until at least 3 rd heat cycle or 2 years old.
Also the buyer agrees the female puppy will NOT be bred more than 3 times.

Buyer hereby releases the breeder and the breeders executors, administrators, personal
representatives, estate legatees, devisees, heirs, successors and /or assigns from an and all liabilities,
claims, responsibility and damages arising out of, resulting from or relating to any damage harm or
injury, including, but not limited to, injury to a person or damage to property caused by the dog after
delivery to the buyer.

Any and all legal fees incurred by the breeder in an attempt to regain any losses including but not limited
to attorney fees & court cost are the responsibility of the buyer.

The undersigned agree to uphold all covenants of this agreement as of the ________ day of __________
