According to the Timeline Milestones (1997) curfews in the different

countries over the past several years, concerns about crime and teenager safety have
led to many citizens to enact teenager curfew laws, a strict implementation of the said
ordinance should have Police Patrol every night starting at the exact time the curfew will start.
Police patrols must be divided in groups and be given specific area to cover so that alehouses
would be inspected at the same time and on a short period.

The number of minors getting drunk, going for overnight computer rental, as well as
minors engaging in public disturbance increases as the day passes by. Thus, there is a need for a
strong execution or implementation of the Curfew for Minors Ordinance, with the growing
number of drunk minor, there is also an increase in teenage and unwanted pregnancy. When
teenage mothers are asked why they engage in premarital sex their answers would be because of
drunkenness (Jing, 2013)
