Subject-Application for getting new telephone connection and complains registered earlier.

These complain is in reference to the Complaint number- DOTEL/E/2017/00590 on CPGRMS Portal.

Where i (on behalf of general public) have registered a complain for new landline connection for which 30
people from our village and neighbouring villages are trying from last three(3) years by giving application at
local exchange which remains unheard till date. Than i got a mail from TDM Bettiah in response to the
registered complain in which he stated that for single connection its unjustifiable to lay U/G wire from
exchange till the village due to distance(6km) but as earlier mentioned that more than 30 people from a
single village willing to take connection. In response to that reply we replied that we are ready to cooperate
and submit any further document is required and after few hours drafted an application which is duly signed
by 30-35 people and mailed it to Bettiah TDM along with MLA of our constituency (R.S. Pandey- BJP) and
telecom minister on the email id which is available on BJP websites, but after few hours i got a mail from
TDM Bettiah that my complain with the above mentioned complain number has been disposed off. In order
to go digitalized first and most important requirement is of telephone line so that only after which we have
broadband services.

People willing to take connection went from local exchange (Bhairoganj), Regional exchange (Bagaha) and
District exchange (Bettiah) but all we get to know that government is not authorizing us to give new
connection and all and then on email they are responding differently which creates doubt so due to which in
hope to get something fruitful i am registering complain here also.

Its my humble request to monitor this complain and if any further document or anything is required as
security or else we are ready to provide all that and to cooperate with the authority, just all we need is to get
the service or at least some valid reason for not providing the service.
