LIGHT
MATTER AND ENERGY
Light is everywhere. The sun give us
light during the day. At night, we see

Energy does not have weight and Sun is 150 million kilometers from

light from the sun to reach the earth.

Uses of Energy Light moves from a straight line.

This is the reason why the light passes

2. It gives light.
3. Gives power to vehicles and - light also bends as it travels

4. It keeps us warm. - light travels in air faster than in

What can force do?

1. Force can change direction or
position of objects.
2. It can change the motion of an
object from stationary to moving.
3. Force can change the speed of
moving objects.
