ESSAY 3

One breezy morning, Afina and her father were

walking home from the market. Out of the blue, the
sole of Afinas shoe came off. Just then, Afinas
father saw a cobbler on the sidewalk.
Afina asked the cobbler politely if he could
repair her shoe. The cobbler nodded his head with a
smile. Afina watched as he skillfully stitched her
shoe.
After he was done, the cobbler handed Afina
her shoe. She was on top of the world because her
shoe was as good as new. She paid the cobbler and
thanked him profusely.
