The School District of Menomonee Falls is committed to creating a great place for students to learn, teachers to
teach, staff to work, and for parents to know that their child is receiving a great education. To build on this
commitment the leadership of the school district gathers data on essential goals and measures: employee
engagement, parent satisfaction, student satisfaction, quality of district support services, and student achievement. In
May 2013, the District initiated baseline surveys for these measures.
This is the May 2015 report for employee engagement measured through the administration of the Employee
Engagement Survey. The Employee Engagement Survey was administered to all school employees to assess the
extent to which leaders provided work environments that support the highest performance for employees.
Employees completed the survey about the work environment of the school or department they identified as
the place where their supervisor is located.
The district mean for Engagement items (Items 1-14 only) is 4.17, using a scale of 1 to 5.
The district mean for School Board items (Items 15 17) is 3.66 and Experience items (Items 18 34) is 4.13,
using a scale of 1 to 5.
