APPLICATIONINSTRUCTIONS
DISPENSING
SikaFibreshouldbeideallyaddedatthebatchingplant.Incaseofsite
mixing,additionalmixingtimeof3to5minutes(70cycles)isnecessaryto
ensuretheuniformfibredispersionthroughoutthemix.Ifmixingisatthe
batchingplant,fibreshouldbeaddedfirstalongwithhalfofthemixing
water.Afteralltheotheringredientshavebeenadded,includingthe
remainingmixingwatertheconcreteormortarshouldbemixedfora
further3minutesatfullspeedtoensureuniformfibredispersion.
APPLICATIONMETHOD/TOOL
WhenusingSikaFibre,thestandardproceduresforplacing,finishingand
curingconcretearenotchanged,thestandardrulesofgoodconcreting
practice,concerningproductionaswellasplacing,aretobefollowed.
Refertorelevantstandards.Freshconcretemustbecuredproperly.
CLEANINGOFTOOLS
Cleanalltoolsandapplicationequipmentwithwaterimmediatelyafter
use.Hardened/curedmaterialcanonlybemechanicallyremoved.

tests.Actualmeasureddatamayvaryduetocircumstancesbeyondour
control.
