INTISARI

Latar Belakang : Perawat yang mengalami stress dan kecemasan akan menunjukkan
penurunan kosentrasi, perhatian dan kemunduran memori. Keadaan ini akan
menyebabkan kesalahan dalam memecahkan masalah dan penurunan kemampuan untuk
merencanakan tindakan. Oleh sebab itu semakin banyak tuntutan pada perawat yang
mengalami stress dan kecemasan sehingga kondisi ini menyebabkan ketidakmampuan
menjalin hubungan dengan orang lain disekitarnya, karena dalam menghadapi stress dan
kecemasan perawat lebih sensitif dan cepat marah.
Tujuan : untuk mengetahui hubungan stres psikososial dengan tingkat kecemasan
perawat dalam merawat pasien gangguan jiwa di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Abepura.
Metode :Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif
korelatif dan rancangan pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel
sebanyak 54 responden. Uji statistik menggunakan analisis Chi-square.
Hasil : hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perawat RSJD Abepura sebagian besar
mengalami stress psikososial berat sebanyak 32 responden (59,3%), tingkat kecemasan
perawat RSJD Abepura sebagian besar mengalami kecemasan berat sebanyak 30
responden (55,6%). Hasil analisis antara stress psikososial dengan tingkat kecemasan
perawat RSJD Abepura, berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dengan chi square menunjukkan
bahwa p-value = 0,015. Hal ini berarti bahwa p-value< 0,005. Menunjukkan bahwa Ho
di tolak dan Ha diterima, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa
ada hubungan stress psikososial terhadap tingkat kecemasan perawat RSJD Abepura.
Kesimpulan : terdapat hubungan stres psikososial dengan tingkat kecemasan perawat
dalam merawat klien gangguan jiwa di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Abepura.

ABSTRACT

Background: Nurses who experience stress and anxiety will show a decrease in
concentration, attention and memory deterioration. This situation will lead to
errors in solving problems and decreased ability to plan actions. Therefore, more
and more demands on nurses who experience stress and anxiety that these
conditions lead to the inability to establish relationships with everyone around
them, because in dealing with stress and anxiety nurses more sensitive and quick
to anger.
Objective: to determine the relationship of psychosocial stress with anxiety level
of nurses in caring for clients of mental disorder in the Mental Hospital of
Abepura.
Methods: The study design used in this study is descriptive and correlative
design of this study was cross-sectional with a total sample of 54 respondents.
Statistical tests using Chi-square analysis.
Results: The results of the analysis showed that most of the nurses RSJD
Abepura severe psychosocial stress experienced by 32 respondents (59.3%),
anxiety level nurse RSJD Abepura most severe anxiety by 30 respondents
(55.6%). The results of the analysis between psychosocial stress with anxiety
level of nurses RSJD Abepura, based on the results of the chi-square statistical
test shows that the p-value = 0.015. This means that the p-value <0.005. Showed
that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, so the hypothesis is accepted, it indicates that
there is a relationship of psychosocial stress to anxiety level of nurses RSJD
Abepura.
Conclusion: the relationship with psychosocial stress anxiety level of nurses in
caring for clients of mental disorder in the Mental Hospital of Abepura.
