    Groupcoachingshallbedocumentedlistingthegroupname,numberofgroupparticipantsandfull
    contactinformationforoneperson,whoshallrepresentthegroup.

    InternalorThirdParty
    Ifcoachingispaidforbyathirdpartyordoneaspartof thecoach'semployment,itcountsaspaid
    coaching.InternalcoachinghourscountaspaidhourstowardanICFCredentialwhencoachingisa
    designatedpartoftheapplicant'sjobdescription.Coachingofadirectreport(yourboss)maynotbe
    consideredinthecoachinghours.

    Iftheorganizationorthirdpartyhasaconfidentialitypolicythatpreventsdisclosureofindividual
    namesandcontactinformation,applicationsshoulddocumentthehourswiththeorganizationas
    follows:
    1)listtheorganization/thirdpartynamewithtotalnumberofcoachinghours.
    2) Selectonecontactpersonattheorganization/thirdpartyandlisttheirfullnameandcontactinthe
    log.Thecontactpersonshouldbesomeonefamiliarwithyourwork,whocanverifythatthenumber
    ofhourspresentedinthelogisanaccuratereflectionofyourcoachingexperiencewiththe
    organization.
    3)Thecontactpersonshouldprovideyouwithaletterofreferencetestifyingtotheinformationin
    thelog,explainingyourrolewiththeorganization,andtheorganization'sconfidentialitypolicy.
    4)Illustrateyourworkwithindividualsattheorganizationbyassigningaliasesforeachindividual(i.e.
    Client"A",Client"B",etc.)
