COUNTER AFFIDAVIT

WE Ana Margarita Dela Pena and Abraham Tolentino Marikit Ladron all of legal
age, residing at Lot 5, Blk 10,Uragon St. , Brgy. Almaza, Las Pinas City. After
having been sword in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the same people who are indicated in the affidavit filed by
MIRIAM L. REYES, NENALYN L. PELAN at ROSARIO O. L for
information pending before the office of the prosecutor of the City of Lucena.

2. That we admit paragraph 1 and 2 of the said affidavit.

3. That par. 3 of the affidavit is partially denied: the truth of which are as follows
that Pedro Ladron has a daughter and is survived by his spouse Marikit
Talbas. And that Pedro being survived by a spouse does not entitle the
brothers and sisters to inherit from Pedros estate.

4. That all this time, she believed that she was borne out of the legal
union of her known parents.

5. That Abraham was not in the Country when the extra judicial settlement was
made.

6. That Marikit admits that Irene Desiree is not her natural child and
that her deceased spouse represented to her that he had long taken care of
the legalities of Irenes adoption as he was a former trial court judge before
his death.

7. That par. 10 is denied. The truth of which is that Irene Desiree has believed
that she is a legitimate child of the deceased.

8. That the affidavit for information filed against surprised the undersigned.

9. That we are executing this counter affidavit to attest to the truth of the
foregoing statement and to support for the dismissal of the case filed against
us.
