Introduction
Shakarganj Food Products Limited is a leading manufacturer and exporter of fruit juice
concentrate, purees & pulps in Pakistan, specializing in Citrus, Mango, Peach and Guava. It have
a dedicated facility for processing of fruit pulps. Their clients include both domestic and
international customers.
Plan
After careful evaluation of system and also taking help from previous audit reports, following is the
tentative schedule for improving Food safety system in shakarganj Foods P.v.t Ltd.
Improvement steps are divided into numerous step, here termed as tasks. The details are as follows
