CO PLANNING FORMAT

PHASE 1 REFLECTION ON THE PRACTICE

Note: Approximately 20% of the planning time should be used to review and reflect on the last
teaching session. Approximately 60%, should be used to plan instruction.

The final 20% of the time should be spent assigning responsibilities and clarifying teaching roles and
responsibilities.
