1. To avail this offer, Customers are required to deposit the amount mentioned in the mail
body (lump sum or in parts) by 31st July 2017 in the Savings Account of which last 4 digits are
shared in the communication
2. Customer has to meet the product AMB of the variant identified for the campaign. If the
customer deposits money but does not meet the required product AMB of their account
variant, will not qualify for the Rs.250 bookmyshow.com voucher.
3. This offer is valid for 30 days from date of issuance
4. The customers who fulfil these conditions will get One (1) Rs.250 voucher from
bookmyshow.com.
5. The offer entitles the customer to get One Book My Show Voucher of Rs.250 which can be
used for booking as per the conditions of the voucher. Conditions applicable for the usage of
the voucher will be sent with the voucher e-mailer to the qualifiers.
6. Customer has to be the Primary Account holder (1st Account Holder) in this account.
7. Customer can choose to deposit the amount by way of Cash Deposit, Cheque Deposit or
Online transfer i.e. NEFT or RTGS. Any other modes of transfer over and above those
specified above will not be considered. Transfers from within Kotak Mahindra Bank accounts
will not be considered for the campaign.
8. Offer not applicable for deposits done in Corporate Salary, Non Resident Accounts, BSBDA
and JIFI Accounts.
9. This offer is applicable only for the customers who have received this email.
10. All qualifying customers in the campaign will be sent an email with the Offer/Voucher details
by 15th Sept 2017
11. It will be the responsibility of the customer to check the email and refer the process of
redemption of the offer.
12. In the event the customer closes the account on or before 15th Sept 2017 the email with
voucher will not be sent to the customer.
13. In an event where the customer receives the voucher but closes the account before
redemption, the voucher will become invalid. Any claims by the qualifying customers in the
campaign regarding non receipt of the voucher offer mailer after 25th Sept2017 will not be
entertained.
14. Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of BookMyShow
before availing the benefits of the offer. The Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail
the benefits of the Offer and is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and
conditions of BookMyShow.
15. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or
inadequacy in the services rendered by BookMyShow.com and the Customer hereby agrees
 not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages,
costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of this offer.
16. Bank reserves the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/or vary any or all of
these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer,
whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
17. Any participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed
to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
18. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final
and shall be binding on all persons.
19. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, irrespective of whether any other courts or tribunals
have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
