INTRODUCTION
INDOFAB INDUSTRIES is a partnership firm engaged in Design, Manufacture and Supply of a very
wide array of Process Equipments used in various process industries like Sugar Industry, Coal
Washery, Alumina Industry, Pulp & Paper Industry, Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment and
various other Mineral Processing Industries.
The company has been delivering consistently since 1984, with equipments like Drum/Disc Filters
from 1M Dia. to 4.25M Dia.; Clarifiers/Thickeners from 4M Dia. to 46M Dia.; Milk of Lime Plants from
0.5 TPH to 16 TPH; De-gritting Mechanisms from 2Mtr SQ. to 15Mtr SQ.; High Torque Drives / Drive
Heads from 150 Kg M to 25000 Kg M.
The Designs are carefully pre-engineered using modern Computer Aided Modelling and Designing
tools to cater our clients customized requirements. The company has an in-house state of the art
Design Work Station and five fully equipped Manufacturing units within the premises to cater
various customer requirements. The company is spread over 47000 SQFT. of area. (List of facilities
available is attached in Annexure)
We believe that each of the Standard Industrial Equipment must be optimized & re-worked to suit
best of the actual applications and working conditions. Our Strength lies in delivering the Process

h. Internal Piping

We undertake designing & manufacturing + Supervision for Site Fit-

up for revamping of Internal Drum Piping / Reconditioning of Drum
Filters / Re-designing & Mfg. of Internal Drum Piping to suit Different
Application is a core competence for us.
The Internal Drum Pipings are usually made of Seamless Pipes in
M.S./C.S. , SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L or SS317L. These are Pre-
Fabricated and Pressure Tested in Shop to facilitate minimal Welding
and Fitup at site. We have undertaken and successfully completed
such jobs upto 12 dia. x20Long Drum Filters, 13-6Dia. x 32Lg.
Drum Filters.
