partner RM105 ( 70%) Center RM45 (30%)

* The 30% charged by center cover the syllabus, running costs of center (electricity, water, rent, cleaning, flyers
printing etc)

Marketing - Cost of flyers printing and facebook advertisement will be borne by center, flyers
distribution cost excluded.
- All advertisement & marketing matters shall be under the name of center.
Teacher Partner is in charge of hiring teachers, center will help advertise using free channels.
Partner can hire currently employed teachers as long as they agree.
Counter A receptionist is required at the counter?
Materials Centers materials shant be used outside of the center.
restriction Partner shall not work with other parties in English related matter.
Position Partners position is manager, no parents should know about the partnership.
contract - A 2 years contract is to be signed.
- contract can be terminated
upon mutual agreement.
