General Regulations for

AMSA-Unsri Representative Candidacy

1. General Information
a. Representative of AMSA-Unsri 2017/2018 will be elected on Musyawarah Besar
AMSA-Unsri, October 29th, 2017
b. The election process will follow AD/ART AMSA-Unsri, which will be provided for
entire members
c. Any member of AMSA-Unsri is electable to be Representative
d. Members who wish to become representative contact the current Representative, and
once confirmed will be called Representative Candidate (RC)
e. RCs obligations include: fulfill the required documents, organize campaign team and
efforts, and attend QnA session with AMSA-Unsri alumni
f. Further information will be disclosed personally to RCs

2. Requirements
Each RC has to fulfill all requirements listed below before the end of registration period.

b. Curriculum vitae
c. Work plan
d. Organizational structure
e. Essay on AMSA-Indonesia

3. Campaign Regulations
a. Campaign period will begin at 00.00 WIB October 17th and end at 23.59 WIB
October 25th
b. The purpose of this campaign is to socialize candidates vision, mission, and work
plans to the electing members

c. Each RC must organize a campaign team which consists of three people; names and
personal information are to be submitted during preparation period
d. Only the campaign team is allowed to publish campaign materials; other supporters
may show their supports in redistributions (share, retweet, regram, repost) but must
not actively publish all sort of campaign materials
e. RCs campaigns may utilize any kind of media
f. Campaign efforts MUST NOT include any kind of harassment towards opposing
team
g. Campaign materials MUST NOT include discriminating topics
h. Failure to meet the regulations will result in severe penalties
