How to Book
To make your booking or for further assistance, please telephone Aagrah Head Office between 9.00am
& 4.30pm, Monday Saturday on 01274 530880. Outside these hours please contact your local Aagrah
Restaurant on the number at the back of the brochure. Our reception team will take your details and
contact you the following working day. All reservations must be made by telephone or email confirmation
in writing followed by a deposit within 7 days; otherwise your reservation will be released. All deposits are
non-transferable. The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received. If you
intend to settle your account in the restaurant, please inform us so that we can ensure that someone
from the Christmas Booking Department is available to see you. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse
bookings. The restaurants also reserves the right to cancel any booking and offer an alternative date to suit
your diary.

Deposits
A 5.00 deposit per person is required to confirm your booking on all Disco Party Nights & all party
bookings for 6 & above. For bookings at Midpoint Suite, a deposit of 10.00 per person is required which
is non-refundable and non-transferable if numbers decrease on the day. Minimum of 24 hours notice
required if party numbers decrease. Your deposit will be deducted from your total bill when you dine at the
restaurant.

All of the Aagrah Restaurants have a dedicated restaurant Co-ordinator who will be responsible for taking
all the Christmas bookings.

Booking responsibility
At all times we will try our best to keep both the Customer and the Individual Restaurant Co-ordinator
aware of any changes. In order to help us help you, we would strongly advise that you allocate the
booking responsibilities to one dedicated person when organising your party.
This person should be responsible for:
Booking the menu
Payment of deposits
Organising full payment
Amendments & changes to your party booking

Cancellation
We regret should the party group booking be reduced in numbers the 5.00/10.00 deposit per person will
not be refundable or transferable (24 hrs min notice required).

Special Diets
Special dietary requirements i.e. vegetarian, allergies, ethnic etc, should be notified at the time of booking

recommend that an initial amount of wine is pre-ordered and paid for in advance. We will ensure that your
ordered wine is placed on your table(s) on arrival to ensure a prompt service. No beverages of any kind

to be brought into the restaurant(s) by the guest unless this is a gift or prize.
