Baptiste Yoga Power Flow Vinyasa Gentle Flow

I will use my lively and authentic attitude, my knowledge and skills to motivate
and support my students on and off their mats. I teach in a way that promotes
self-love and mindfulness. And through a physically challenging practice,
meditation, and strong breath support, my goal is for students to leave each
class feeling energized & empowered.
