SOPs For Utilization of Subject Rooms

Attendance for the 1st session will be marked at 8:00
am
Any trainee can join any subject according to allocation
of subject in school time table
Trainee is not allowed to join other subject room on
the same PD day
Maximum 40 Trainees will be accommodated in one
room
Minimum 5 trainees are required to establish subject
room
Subject Rooms will be established according to
strength of trainees
Real Time Need Assessment
All Trainees will write hard areas on th paper
Trainee will place slip on soft board
Trainer will categorize them in different areas
Area with maximum slips will be taught in
session-2
Area on 2nd priority will be taught in 3rd session
Area on 3rd priority will be taught in 4th session
Preparation of Pre-Test / Post-Test
After identification of three hard areas trainer
will select 2 representative questions of every
area
Trainer will write six questions on board for
pre-test / post-test
Trainees will answer questions on the format
provided by DSD

Training Material
Each trainee will carry teacher guide and text
book of relevant subject with him as training
material. Moreover he will use his personal
note book and pen during training.
Stationery
No stationery will be provided to trainees
however answer sheets for pre-test and post-
test will be provided to trainees
Board Markers, charts, ball pens etc will be
provided to trainers
Reporting
Basic Data of trainees and trainers will be entered in ADU
File by Cluster Centre
Every subject room trainer will enter item wise marks of
Pre & Post Test in ADU File on the same day of training.
Feedback of trainees will be entered by Cluster Centre on
the next day
ADU Files will be named with subject like Islamiyat and
will be kept in a folder named like Cluster-1
Files will be sent to DTSC on the next day of training.
DTSC will compile data of clusters and files will be sent to
DSD within one week from date of execution of training

Grade-5: Lesson# 2 HCF and LCM and Lesson# 3 Fractions (half)(Book page#
18 to 32)
Learning outcomes: HCF by Prime Factorization Method, HCF by division
method, LCM by prime factorization method, LCM by division method, Solve
real life problems involving HCF and LCM. Addition and Subtraction of fraction
with same and different denominators.

PEC SLOs (Low result): Solve real life problems involving HCF and LCM ,
Solve real life problems involving mixed operations of addition, subtraction,
