TERM & CONDITION

We only provide all amenities in rooms only for 2 persons not for 3 person
Do not bring it down the bed, otherwise well charge as extra bed
No animal, food and beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into or out of the Hotel by the Guest
or any of the Guests invites.
Any others damage or broke in room because of your guest will be born to your guest directly
This contract rate is not valid for high/peak season/public and religion holiday
(Hari Raya Lebaran H-3 & H+3, Christmas & New Year 23 Dec 01 Jan)
IDR 250,000 Surcharge will be applied during High and Peak Season
This contract rate is not valid for hotel promotion program.
 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in (C/I) time is 13.00 hours
Any request for early check-in will be considered subject to availability unless the room(s) is reserved for the night
prior to the guests arrival.
Check-out (C/O) time is 12.00 hours
Any request for late check-out is subject to available and the following surcharge :
Extension of C/O time until 18.00 hours is subject to space available and will be charged 50% of the contract rate.
C/O time after 18.00 hours is subject to one night room charge 100% charged of the contract rates.

RESERVATION
The company shall direct all reservations to Kayu Arum Reservation Department at least 7 (seven) days before the
guest arrival date.
A confirmation slip will be sent to the company by return. Non-guaranteed reservations will be automatically released.

ROOMING LIST
Complete rooming list/s must be received by Kayu Arum at least 3 (three) day prior to the guest arrival date.
This list must include full details of flight or other transportation information.

RATE RESTRICTION
Room rates are applicable on your companys account against the officially authorized Guarantee Letter only.
Should the guest/s pay by personal account, regular published rate will be applied.

BILLING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES

1. We require a Guarantee Letter or copy of Valid Hotel Voucher from your company describing in details,
which expenses are the responsibility of your company & personal account.
2. Payment and billing procedure:
Billing must be settled maximum within two (2) weeks after check out date.
50 % charge from total for cancellation 7 days before C/I Time.
100 % charge from total for cancellation on the same day.

OTHER FACILITIES
15% Discount in Combrang Restaurant and Ashoka Terrace Coffee & Bar for minimum transaction IDR 100,000.

A 50% no refundable deposit is required at least 3 days after fixed confirmation. Billing must be settled maximum
within one (1) week after check out date. All payments must be made either to Kayu Arum Resort or transferred to the following
Bank account number:

CONFIDENTIALITY
All information contained within this agreement is private and confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party
for any reason or purpose.

REMARK
The above Corporate rates are valid exclusively for Indonesian citizen and KIM/KITAS holder and non-
commissionable.
Price are subject to change without prior notice

Kindly return the signed duplicate copy of this agreement within 7 (seven) days from date issue after which this offer
shall be deemed to be null and void.
