His Excellency Mr. Kim Jong-un,

I would like to wish you and the people of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea a happy belated
anniversary as to the Workers Party of Korea being in office in the Democratic Peoples Republic of
Korea. It appears as if the people in the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea have celebrated this
national holiday with flowers, dancing, singing and by other activates that are associated as with being
in a joyous nature. Individuals who had jobs were allowed to take their day off of work due to the
national holiday taking place and many individuals used the national holiday to celebrate the
anniversary of their country with their families as well as spending time with their family members while
being off of work.

There appears to have been some international concerns mainly by some countries that believed that
on the anniversary of the Workers Party of Korea that the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea would
launch a ballistic missile this year. I believe that concern was somewhat due to the fact that President
Donald Trump has made statements as to how he wanted to destroy the Democratic Peoples Republic
of Korea.1 I am extremely proud and extremely glad to see that the Democratic Peoples Republic of
Korea did not launch any ballistic missiles on the anniversary of the Workers Party of Korea this year.
This is not because I have a negative stance on the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, but because I
believe that if the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea had done so that some political figures would
have used that as a tool as for their propaganda to be used against the Democratic Peoples Republic of
Korea. I would have also predicted that the United National Security Council would have tried to add
more sanctions to the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea2 while remaining deliberately indifferent
as to atrocities that are and that have been occurring in Syria and in Iraq.3

I disagree as with the primary purpose as to the sanctions being issued by the United Nations Security Council
against the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea. I believe that the United Nations Security Council and other
international bodies need to instead make sure that all parties that are involved in the conflict in the Korean
Peninsula peacefully and respectfully compromise and negotiate in a way in which is fair and just. The United
Nations Security Council has not forced all parties to remain peaceful and respectful towards the other and they
have failed to address the war of words that President Donald Trump of the United States has made concerning
the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea.

There are far more important issues that the United Nations Security Council needs to address, such as the
situation in Syria and in Iraq. Too often the world has extremists that commit atrocities without them being held
accountable criminally in a way that is fair and just.

I would like to move on to the fact that I am concerned as to a statement from H.E Mr. Ri Yong-ho,
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, in which he has stated that the
United States has declared war on his country and that the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea has
the right to take counter-measures.4 I concerned as with this analysis as to President Donald Trumps
authority and power and I am also concerned as with H.E Mr. Yong-hos statement in response as to
President Donald Trumps war of words concerning the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea. I do
hope that you understand that the United States is a constitutional republic. Contrary to popular belief,
the President of the United States does not have the legal authority as to declaring war on another
country. That is because the Congress of the United States holds the power as to declaring war. The
President of the United States cannot declare war on another country without the approval of Congress.
However, the President of the United States can enter into an armed conflict with another country for a
period of time. For example, many individuals believe that in the past that the United States declared
war on Vietnam. That is incorrect because the Congress back then did not issue a war declaration
against Vietnam. While the United States past conflict with Vietnam may look and seem like a war, from
a legal standpoint it is considered to be an armed conflict due to the then Congress of the United States
never approving a declaration of war against Vietnam.

While myself and probably the majority of citizens of the United States do believe that President Donald
Trump does need to think before he speaks, I do not believe that it would be a wise decision for the
Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea to take counter-measures in response as to President Donald
Trumps statements or tweets that are a simple war of words. Instead, I am hoping that the Democratic
Peoples Republic of Korea would instead use this as a tool when addressing the United Nations Security
Council whenever some countries accuse the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea of being the sole
contributor as to the conflict in the Korean Peninsula.5 I am absolutely and sincerely hoping that the
Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea does not shoot down any planes that are involved in the
annoying joint war games that occur along the border of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea
every year. While I do personally believe that the joint war games that occur along the border of the
Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea are a main factor as to the conflict in the Korean Peninsula and
that they are completely and totally useless, stupid and a waste of the money of the taxpayer, I do
believe that making any decisions as to taking any counter-measures that would include shooting down
one of your adversaries planes that partakes in the joint war games or launching a ballistic missile
towards any other country would just start more conflicts and does have the potential as to starting
some type of armed conflict.

It is extremely sad to see some countries and even some colleges in our world preparing for a nuclear
war if one occurs between the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea and the United States of
America.6 It is also sad to see that citizens of Japan are also having similar if not the same type of drills in

Recently as you may already know, the University of Hawaii sent communication to its students regarding in the
event of a nuclear war with the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea. This clearly shows that the hostility
between the United States and the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea has reached the boiling point and this
further proves how necessary it is for countries to engage in peace talks with another that is in a way that is fair
and just.

regards as to the recent hostility. I do not like this and I do believe sadly that both Washington and
Pyongyang need to both start respectfully engaging in peace talks that are in a fair and that are in a just
way in which should occur in a neutral country. That is because what we have now is foreign policy that
is not working and that does not have the intent as to making peace a reality in the Korean Peninsula. It
is improper and reckless as for President Donald Trump to make statements as to how he will destroy
the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea or by him simply calling H.E Mr. Kim Jong-un a little rocket
man as from a foreign policy standpoint and when using this as an example. It is also improper for the
United States and South Korea to continue being a participant in the joint war games that occur every
year along of the border of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea. I also believe that it was unwise
and not proper as for the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea launching a ballistic missile near of over
Japan. Name calling and threats are not going to ever cause peace in the Korean Peninsula and it also
appears that the use of a war of words by all parties is just going to make countries want to reach the
boiling point as with regard as to each other.

As I have stated in my past communication to you, I believe that instead of openly launching ballistic
missiles that the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea instead needs to get more involved in
international issues and international forums such as at the United Nations and by and through
international peace keeping missions.7 I believe that the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea needs to
start sending troops to other countries as for the purpose as to helping fight extremism and atrocities
alongside other countries as from a foreign policy perspective.8 For example, currently in Syria and in
Iraq, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria are and have been committing a countless number of atrocities
and it does not appear as if the organizations members or leaders are being held accountable as for the
crimes in which they have been the perpetrators in. I think that the Democratic Peoples Republic of
Korea does need to get involved by helping prosecute individuals that have been the perpetrators as far
as atrocities are concerned in other countries. The people should never have to be in fear of the
perpetrators of serious international criminal law violations because all are equal in the eyes of
international law.

I believe that with regards as to international peace missions, I would highly recommend that the
Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea gets involved in peace keeping missions internationally. Iraq,
Syria and Afghanistan are currently war zones. Sadly, the people are forced to live in a war zone where
they are often in fear as to whether or not themselves or their families are going to stay alive during the
day or whether or not a terrorist attack is going to take place. I believe that no citizen of any country
should have to be forced to live in a war zone or to be in a constant state of fear as whether they are

Many counties appear as to having declared war on terrorism. I do not believe that declaring war on terrorism
would ever work as to permanently erasing a terrorist entitys ideology. I do not believe that countries having a
war on terror would ever truly work as to resolving terrorism. I believe that countries need to change their war on
terror ideology to a war on extremism ideology. Instead of countries having a war on terrorism stance, I believe
that the true way to fight extremism is by listening, respectfully learning from the individuals ideology and to then
get involved in the investment of education because I believe that education is the most powerful weapon that can
be used to change the world. The creation of jobs does also decrease the crime rate as for a community.

going to remain alive during the day, week or at any period of time. I think that the Democratic Peoples
Republic of Korea needs to work with other countries internationally as to helping fight extremism in
which is often contributed through religious racialization.

In conclusion, I am hoping that all sides that are involved in the conflict in the Korean Peninsula make a
few tweaks as to the foreign policy of their country.9 As I have stated before, I do not believe that the
United States and South Korea are innocent in this conflict and the faster that the international
community realizes that, the greater that the possibility of peace in the Korean Peninsula will be more of
a reality. I surely hope that the United States of America, South Korea, Japan and the Democratic
Peoples Republic of Korea will all engage in peace talks that are in a fair and that are in a just way. I
currently do not like the way in which this conflict appears to be going and the last thing that I want is a
war or some type of armed conflict because that would be extremely unnecessary. Some of us are way
too young and too handsome as to having to go to war or by simply being in an armed conflict. Further, I
believe that having an armed conflict or a war against the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea would
be completely useless, stupid and a waste of the money of the taxpayer.10 It would be more beneficial
for the world to simply be able to peacefully coexist and just be friends.

I believe that it is imperative for all of us to remember that we are one world and that we all reside on
one Earth. I hope that all of us will be able to look past our differences and that we will be able to
peacefully coexist without political interference. I sincerely hope that politics from all sides will not
prevent countries from being able to engage in peace talks because a settlement as to any past or
current issues that need to be resolved does need to be able to peacefully and to be respectfully
resolved. Political interference should never be a factor as to countries refusing to compromise or
simply engage in peace talks with their rival in a way that is fair and just.

to helping improve the quality of life for all veterans, helping fight poverty, helping create more jobs in which
would help decrease crime and helping improve the quality of education because education is the most powerful
