ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DISCLOSURES BY BUYER TO SELLER(S)

This is the start of a Contract; if do not understand, seek advice from an attorney.

This one page Acknowledgement of Disclosures is not part of the uniform contract developed by the
Oklahoma Real Estate Commissions Committee on Contract Form and is not a required component
thereof, however it is in the best interest of all that such disclosures be made at the presentation of the
Contract for consideration by Seller(s). Prior to entering into Contract, the following items (as applicable)
have been disclosed by the Buyer to the Seller(s) and the Seller(s) hereby acknowledge agreement with
each disclosures below:

Buyer is an investor, and lot a Realtor ad is not otherwise licensed as real estate professional in the state of
Oklahoma or otherwise and has not at any time represented such. For more information or to locate a

___________ ___________ Buyer has effectuated the following uniform Contract which was
developed by the Contract Form Committee of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission and does present
the Seller(s) with said Contract in unaltered fashion as to its required form. For more information visit the
OREC website at www.orec.ok.gov

___________ ___________ Buyer has informed the Seller(s) from the onset of this relationship that
Buyer is not a legal or financial professional and is in no way licensed to, nor have they, extended advice.
Buyer continues to direct Seller(s) to consult with an appropriate licensed professionals in the State of
Oklahoma who are qualified to dispense such counsel. More information is available at www.okbar.org and
www.ok.gov respectively.

___________ ___________ Buyer has informed the Seller(s) that Buyer is a Florida corporation
and that the Contract and real property associated therewith may at any time after Contract execution be
assigned or transferred without further notice to Seller(s) and that Seller's consent in advance to any such
assignment or transfer by the Buyer making assignment on upon notifying Seller(s) of any such
assignment/transfer and Seller(s) release Buyer of any duty to perform the Contract.

In consideration of the above, Seller(s) hereby and forever agrees to hold Buyer harmless and forever
discharge any claim against Buyer, their employees, agents, and assigns which may arise or be brought by
Seller(s), or any party in association therewith, as it pertains to the above disclosures or the delivery of this
Contract including any amendments thereto including any assignment by Buyer.
