1 Project Description

1.1 General
These Specifications cover the design, manufacture, delivery, off-loading at Site, erection, painting, setting to
work, commissioning, start up and testing of the an open cycle gas turbine power station, where gas turbines
& generators , their off base auxiliaries and electrical BOP supplied by SIEMENS will be installed by the
Contractor.

The station will be constructed on turnkey basis and shall include all equipment, work and services in
order to render the power plant fully complete and functional for safe, reliable and commercial operation
under all conditions and respects.

1.2 General Data

The plant will be located in Iraq at DIBIS - Kirkuk. Please be informed there are anther two units type
V94.2 will be supply & install in the site.(Original supplier Power machine Co. Russian company )

In project (2xSGT5-PAC 2000E, Dual Fuel + Heavy Fuel Oil) SIEMENS GAS TURBINES will be installed to fire
three types of fuel (natural gas, distillate oil and heavy fuel oil).

according to Appendices of (Siemens contract) exclusion item ,we

confirm that TFA services are excluded from Siemens scope And
.should be provided by contractor

To avoid Conflicts with A/M units supplied by Powermachines Co.

The Bidder shall submit a Technical Proposal composed of the following

sections:
1-Transmittal Documents.

1.1- letter of Bid

1.2- Bidder Data Sheet

2- Project & Site Organization.

3- Project Execution Method Statement.

4- Mobilization Schedule.

5- Construction Schedule.

6- Plant

6.1 Project Technical Specification

6.2 Drawings

6.3 Informative Data. in Section IV, Chapter 3, Annex 01.

7- Contractor Equipment Form EQU.

For the sections from 1 to 5 the Bidder is free to insert his technical proposal using his standard format; for
the sections from 6 to 12 the Bidder shall adhere to the instructions provided in the following pages of this
Section IV.
