In this connection, | wish to draw your attention to the inordinate delay in prosecuting to the logical end all prima facie proved corruption cases by the CBI, as listed below. (1) The prosecution of Mr, P, Chidambaram and his son Karthi in the Aircel Maxis 2G case. A FIR must be immediately registered against Mr. Chidambaram, and custodial interrogation must be carried out. The ED can then register a PMLA case. So far this has not happened. (2)In the Sarada Chit Fund case, the main accused have named Mrs. Nalini Chidambaram, Advacate, as having received illegal pecuniary benefits and gratification. Yet she has yet to be summoned and questioned. {3)In the National Herald case, in which prosecution is in process in my Private Complaint Case, the CBI has to register a case under the Prevention of Corruption Act against Ms. Sonia Gandhi, Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Mr. Motilal Vora, Mr. Oscar Fernandes who all are MPs. The ED thereafter can attach all the illegally acquired properties of the Associated Journals Private Ltd., a wholly owned/controlled UBRAMANIAN SWAMY rro.gurann MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT (Rajya Sobha)company of Young Indian (which company is owned by Ms. Sonia Gandhi and Mr, Rahul Gandhi). (4) Similarly, the illegal acquisition by ex-cM Bhupender Hooda and Subsequent sale to Mr. Robert Vadra, the land allotted to Associated Journals Pvt. Ltd. which land that was given for printing and publishing the National Herald Newspaper. (5) The cases of Moin Quereshi and the Agusta Westland corruption have not proceeded at all, besides the sensational media publicity.
