BC Pavilion Corporation received your request dated December 9, 2016 under the Freedom of
Information and Protection of Privacy Act for:

All records from Sept. 10, 2016 to present day regarding any amendments or
modifications to the Vancouver Whitecaps lease, contract, and licence agreement with
PavCo, for games, practices and other events at B.C. Place Stadium.

On February 3, 2017 BC Pavilion Corporation received from you an amendment to the above
request for:

final (non-draft) amendment or modification of the Whitecaps Lease or license

agreement with BC Place since September 2016, including any cover letter(s) that would
have accompanied the document.

On March 24, 2017, in response to your amended request, BC Pavilion Corporation released to you
a copy of the November 4, 2016 agreement between BC Pavilion Corporation and Vancouver
Whitecaps FC L.P., redacted pursuant to section 17 and 21 of the Act.

Further to the previously provided redactions of both BC Pavilion Corporation and the third party,
Whitecaps FC L.P., please find enclosed a revised redaction of the November 4, 2016 Whitecaps
Sponsorship Addendum Agreement. We have further discussed the matter with the third party, and
the revised redaction is made possible at this time by our progress in developing a complimentary
agreement with our other BC Place licensee.

The Legislation provides that you may ask the Information and Privacy Commissioner to review this
response. The Act allows you thirty (30) days from the date you receive this notice to request a
review by writing to:
