Pltano
Banana is a food rich in vitamin B3 or niacin. Niacin helps our body produce
the necessary fats and acts as a cofactor in the metabolism of proteins,
carbohydrates and fats. Banana also contains thiamine or vitamin B1.

Manzana
Golden apple contains vitamin C and potassium. It also contains some B
vitamins, such as vitamin B1, also known as thiamine, riboflavin or vitamin
B2, vitamin B3 or niacin, vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid and vitamin B6.

Fresa
Strawberry is one of the fruits that contains more antioxidants, contains
large amounts of vitamin C (more than oranges), vitamin E, mineral salts
such as potassium, iodine, silicon and phosphorus, fibers and beta
carotenes, essential in the fight against radicals.

Naranja
Oranges are relatively low in calories and are an excellent source of
various vitamins and nutrients, especially vitamin C. Orange juice brings
more vitamin C than whole fruit, but contains less dietary fiber. A medium
orange contains about 62 calories.

Mandarina
Mandarin, great source of vitamins. The vitamin content of the various
varieties of mandarin is low compared to other citrus fruits, as it contains
only one third of vitamin C in relation to orange. However, it has many
other qualities: It is rich in fiber, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6 and C.
Pera
Pear is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B complex (thiamine, riboflavin,
niacin and folic acid), contains some vitamin A, and small
amounts of vitamin E, and K. It also has minerals such as sodium,
calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron, copper, phosphorus,
sulfur, chlorine, iodine and, above all, potassium.

Carrots contain high amounts of beta-carotene. Beta-carotene acts as
provitamin A and becomes vitamin A within the body. Other nutrients
present in carrots are carbohydrates, folic acid, magnesium, manganese
and phosphorus.

Tomate
In general, all tomato varieties (cherry, pear, cherry, round, etc.) have
similar nutritional characteristics: they are sources of phosphorus,
magnesium and potassium, among other minerals, and contain vitamin C,
A (provitamin A or beta-carotene ) E, K, B1, B2, B5.

Espinaca
Among the minerals are calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese
and phosphorus. As for the vitamin content, spinach is rich in vitamin A,
vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, as well as group B vitamins (B6, B2, B1)
and folic acid (vitamin B9).

Cebolla
The onion is a vegetable full of minerals and trace elements such as
calcium, magnesium, chlorine, cobalt, iron, potassium among others. On
the other hand contains large amounts of vitamins A, B, C and E, and the
onion is composed of 91% water, 7% carbohydrates and 1% protein.

Vitamin A, which favors good vision. Vitamin E, which strengthens the

Cucumbers contain multiple B vitamins, including vitamin B1, vitamin B5
and vitamin B7 (biotin).
