excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride levels that occur
together, increasing your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes.

OSTEOPOROSIS

a medical condition in which the bones become brittle and fragile from loss of tissue,
typically as a result of hormonal changes, or deficiency of calcium or vitamin D.

STROKE

anyone at any time. It occurs when blood flow to an area of brain is cut off. When this happens,
brain cells are deprived of oxygen and begin to die. When brain cells die during a stroke,
abilities controlled by that area of the brain such as memory and muscle control are lost.
