Swimming pool will be closed until further notice for Amend Guest Name from RAZALI BIN ABD JALIL to above
enhancement project. Guests may use the swimming pool in
Swiss-Court Holiday Apartment during this period with our free
shuttle services.

Notes:
1. Please present this confirmation slip upon check-in; otherwise normal rate applies.
2. Please contact resort/hotel for late check-in before 6pm on the day of arrival; otherwise unit(s) shall be released without further notice.
3. Refundable security deposit will be collected upon check-in and it differs for different resort/hotel.
4. In case of any late check-out, RM100 is chargeable.
5. As per timeshare practice, basic housekeeping will be provided.
6. No cancellation is permitted for confirmed reservation via complimentary voucher. For confirmed reservation via entitlement, cancellation must be submitted
in writing not less than 7 working days for home-based and local affiliations or 14 working days for overseas affiliations.
7. This confirmation slip authorizes the above mentioned member/guest to utilize the resort/hotel as indicated above. It is not transferable.
8. Member/Guest is subject to resort/hotel policies and procedures.
9. Member/Guest is advised to follow STRICTLY on the maximum occupancy as stated above. Extra pax is subject to additional charges by resort/hotel
according to season rate.
10. The Management reserves the right to void/revoke your confirmed reservation(s) if the reservation(s) does not comply with the terms and conditions of
SGIVC's Rules and Regulations, included but not limited to non-payment of member's monthly installment on membership fee and annual maintenance fee.
11. All non-Malaysian and non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia staying in any SGIVC accommodation premises in Malaysia will be charged Tourism
Tax of RM 10 per room per night. These charges will be collected upon check-in.
