Audience Analysis
To communicate effectively with your audience, you need to first analyze to whom you will
be presenting your content.

The audience that you will present and write your proposal will be either someone you know
such as professors in your department or a generalized group such as professors in
TUBITAK. The audience could be a single person (your supervisor, advisor, etc.) , a small group
(members of a committee), or a large group (the readers of a set of instructions).

Identify three potential audience members for your presentation and written proposal. Please
be specific as possible. Do not simply identify "professor" or "expert" as your audience.

For each audience member, create a brief biography. Then identify their roles as
stakeholders in your project. For example, explain their interest in the project and criteria
that might be important to them.

When creating biographies, answer the following questions:

1. What are the audiences demographic characteristics? (ethnicity, age, gender)
2. What is the audiences role? What will they do with the information you will convey to
them?

Fill in the following table by 08:00 Friday October 9 and upload it to Moodle.
