Payment Terms
1. Unless otherwise as set out on any website, job portal or mobile application (the Site) owned and operated by Jobs DB Inc. (jobs DB) and its affiliates
/subsidiaries, all prices are in IDR currency and all payment shall be made to PT. Jobs DB Indonesia (jobs DB Indonesia)s designated bank account.
2. The Advertiser shall be liable for full payment of the Plan ordered even if the Plan is cancelled or terminated by the Advertiser.
3. Full payment is to be made Upfront before the Plan is activated unless otherwise agreed mutually by both parties.
4. The Advertiser shall bear all applicable duties, tariffs and taxes at the prevailing rates.
5. Any bank charges incurred must be absorbed by the Advertiser solely.
Terms And Conditions
1. By signing this Sales Order Form, the Advertiser has signified its acceptance of the Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions (including the Terms
and Conditions of Sale and where applicable the Talent Search Terms and Conditions) as set out on the Site operated by jobsDB Indonesia.
2. The amount included VAT 10% & stamp duty.
3. All Job Ads can only be utilized for posting job vacant positions located in Indonesia and will remain posted for 30 days on the Site.
4. Once subscription is confirmed by jobsDB Indonesia, the Plan may not be changed or refunded.
5. The Plan is for own use of the Advertiser solely. Reselling or transfer of any services provided by jobsDB Indonesia is prohibited except with prior written
consent of jobsDB Indonesia.
6. De-activated, deleted and unused Job Ad(s) and/or resume(s) not retrieved is/are not entitled to any refund or an extended period.
7. Should more than one Plan have been purchased at the same time, utilization will be deducted on a first end first out basis.
8. jobsDB Indonesia shall have the right to terminate any services and remove, modify or suspend any advertisements posted on the Site without any notice
and compensation or recourse in the event if the Advertiser breaches any provisions of the Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions (including the
Terms and Conditions of Sale and where applicable the Talent Search Terms and Conditions) as set out on the Site operated by jobsDB Indonesia.
9. Sales Order Form is valid until April 28th, 2017.

11. The Plan is only applicable for use in Indonesia.
